Due to the potential for significant fluctuations in market prices for fuel, we reserve the right
to assess a fuel surcharge to shipments without notice. Any such surcharge will be applied in an
equitable manner to all shipments having similar characteristics and will be applied to such periods
as we may determine necessary.
